They have given their most motivated, hardworking, gifted group of employees (who get promoted for going above & beyond) a kick in the face. Lower level employees are largely unaffected, and corporate level employees are completely safe. They've saved this genius move for the busiest season of the year, leaving stores floundering to recover and function efficiently with inexperienced workers instead of those that are much more capable. Way to go, Whole Foods!
