How about getting rid of that? Where they bring people in from outside of the company at supervisor levels who make more than some ATLs!? My LIT gets paid 20 an hour and has never worked in retail before...tell how is that fair to team members who have been busting their ass for years just for someone to swoop in and get rid of their chances! Why don't they cut that program? It's all a scam!
