They put awful, absolutely incompetent people in team leader positions, the company is being run by clowns. It's sad because there are so many talented team members, but in order to be in management you have to be soulless and willing to sell out your team members in a heartbeat.

The problem is it's not consistent, some ppl in leadership roles are great, too many are incompetent, and got their positions by playing politics. The bar for leadership is pretty low, but then again, it's just retail...a difficult concept to grasp for the fair trade kool aid chuggers
I'm glad team leaders are being affected as well, they absolutely deserve the axe. Union time!
That...hasn't been my experience. I've had amazing TLs and STLs who have changed my life for the better.
Team leaders have nothing to do with this and didn't even know about it until Friday. They are also being affected and can't do anything about it.
