I'm in the south region
Call me crazy, but I'm inclined to excuse the mistakes as a product of stress/sadness/surprise/anger/rage over this awful situation, or maybe it was posted from a smartphone. Either way, there are multiple accounts of this coming down from multiple regions all on this site.
I'm sorry, but any post containing this many mistakes immediately raises my deep suspicion. Maybe that's wrong, but it does. Any specifics would help.
I'm in the south region and got the same information yesterday. My issue is we're still hiring people and building new stores but can't afford to keep the people we already have.
It would be illegal but the way they get around it is by eliminating the position entirely. So you have to apply to a different position with possibly lesser pay.
Is having to reapply for your same job for less money illegal? WTF are these idiots doing. Pull all of you regional leadership's income numbers from our lovely transparent website, and splatter that crap all over "love fest".
What region are you in?
