Yes. There is a middle ground. Unions promote sloth as a result of seniority and are not the answer
The unions are completely worthless..
Look at all of the Vons/Albertsons employees that are in the same boat as the WF employees.
Haggen's has filed for bankruptcy and all of the union employees at those stores are in the same position as the WF employees.
WF is just as greedy as any other company out there...
But they (WF) are imploding. People are tired of being played for fools, whether we are talking about employees or the customers that are being ripped off daily by WF's price gouging.
