They are probably doing this now because it is the end of Fiscal year 2015 and the beginning of 2016. From a business stand point it makes sense to do these now. From a humane stand point, it's super effed up.
Will any stores/regions remain unaffected or is it a complete makeover of the whole company? I'm so confused why they would do this right before the holidays, both from a business and a compassion standpoint. So disheartening. I wonder how many people will quit even if they aren't laid off, because they don't support the company anymore. I feel like I can't trust anyone there anymore.
