They can look at Kuwait. It has many meaningless positions like, Public Relationship Manager ( Country Director relative), Public Relationship Manager Secretary, Business Development Managers, account managers, many ppl in Supply Chain, quality control, stationery agent, marketing agent, engineers lead + supervisors ( doing nothing just make the engineers do the whole works), HR Rep. + HR specialist + HR manager ( accumulation without any noticable avail), many product line managers have nothing to do except giving excuses circulating emails with such instructions will be more than enough), many admins & secretaries playing interface roles between BH and clients to exchange documents....etc. Finally I can tell you that none of them will get layoff because the country director in Kuwait like them!
