A suggestion(s) from an outsider (working for a high-tech company)... It's smart to keep it civil here. Stay away from swearing, admins will delete your posts. Defamation or sharing of anyone's personal information will make them delete your posts. I am with a different company here, we've had a successful knowledge sharing and rant space here for about 14 months - some folks are nuts or trolling, so it'll never be 100% clean but if you keep it civilized it can be a great worker community space. Is posting presidents names and CEO's okay? It's not like that stuff is private knowledge.
