i was with that company for almost 10 years...it has changed soooo much! They have gone from a company you could feel proud to say you were a part of to a company I'm ashamed to say I once believed in. It's so sad to see tm happiness thrown out the window, so many of my friends drank the kool aid and are now screwed. I'm sure the coordinators and folks like Omar will still have their jobs...greedy asshats. Good job whoever decided this was a good move...

They need to get rid of "team member happiness". My store morale is so low. We have a few select customers at my store who more or less verbally abuse us over products, and leadership basically told my atl we have to bend over and take it and give the customers whatever they want to shut them up. It's gotten to the point where there are customers who.come in and pitch a fit for no reason so they can get free stuff and gift cards because they know leadership will give it to them and make the team members look like assholes

Why would any tm buyer or supervisor want to go the extra mile after something like this? Short term gain for clowns at the top, longterm damage to Wfm
