I truly hope if it is happening that it is tomorrow and get it done and over with. I work with some folks either completely oblivious or so sure they aren't going anywhere that they actually tried to work on projects today. I was entirely too distracted and felt guilty trying to commit to what they needed me to do. I'm just hoping, if I do get cut, that I can leave with some dignity and keep it together.

Agreed, although 1500 seems high in comparison to 13', it actually sounds like an appropriate number. For everyone talking about the big rebound coming, it may be 3 - 5 years off. Many are simply too young to recall, but the low periods can last just as long as the highs. We're on the tail end of a 6 year period of rising prices. All good things come to an end, particularly harsh in this industry though.
Since 900 was the number for 2013, 640 were OKC offices. I think the number this go around will be much larger. I'm more inclined to agree with 1500, 900 of which may be OKC. Of course 1500 at OKC would leave roughly 2000 and that's probably plenty even when things turn around.
It's 1,500 folks. Get ready to grab the anal grease for the telephone pole that's coming.
The same level of hysteria that occurred a day before the onslaught in 2013 is happening now. I gotta admit, they have done a better job of keeping this one under wraps compared to 2013. Must be those anti-social Anadarko HR peeps. You all need to branch out a little, just saying...
Shows how much you know. It's 900. Multiply sources have confirmed.
They = Whole Foods
