anyone else totally f***ing terrified? i don't know what to believe. FL region is being told the cuts are done and it was just a "restructuring" of marketing but i am hesitant to believe my leadership, who i really, really trusted until now. i have been with the company for 3 years, been through leadership seminars and am a supe/buyer on my team. this is making me feel scared and ultimately worthless. i just want to be told the truth, not WFM jargon and doublespeak.

your leadership may not know what's happening. seemed most people in our store (SO) were completely unaware of what was coming.
If you're looking for the truth, the best place to start is by having conversations with other workers in your store and in your region. Don't let the company be your only source of information. I've worked for WFM for years and management is filled with impressive liars. They will smile to your face and stab you in the back.
depends on your department, team size, weekly store sales, write ups that you or other buyers may have.... So it's all case by case.
