I'm in California and I've been with the company for years and I can't believe their doing this. My whole team can either take a pay cut, fight each other for remaining positions, or kick rocks. VALUES DONT MATTER. NOTHING MATTERS. My store leadership is so emotionless and uncaring. Some of our team are seniors and this is their life!!! I hope a class action arises at some point and this company is held accountable for unethical business practices. Such a sad sad day.

Management, what would you expect them to do, assuming they cannot change the decision (as it was imposed on them)
I am in the same boat, So Cal... Stay strong, take care of youself. I will apply, gotta to take care of my family (2 toddlers, husband in school, sick mom)
