I hear that a lot of buyer positions are being eliminated, but I wonder about long time TM's that make good money but aren't in higher positions. Anyone at the TM level with no disciplinary action but higher pay hear anything yet? I am nervous because I make more than some of the newer supervisors.
Our store is not talking about it at all. Our TL is shady, and has had a few meetings but is ordering them to not discuss anything said in the meetings. This is very stressful.
