We were all sold WFM BS with the entire Conscious Leadership propaganda. What a complete and utter crock of S*#t. This company has been struggling for year to find it identity. Well the finally found it, a slave to wall street and it's investors. Can we finally take down the stupid core value sign that say's Promote Team Member happiness. Makes me want to barf.

Lack of excellence sounds more like St trying save their eva
You guys always forget the entire core value. Team member happiness AND excellence. The lack of excellence is a huge reason why this is happening.
I work in Atlanta, they came through and did a major sweep of more than just marketing positions. Most buyer and supervisors were let go. My store has almost 300 employees and many of them were buyers and supervisors. We're loosing about 40 or people. Some being with the company 20 years.
I know what will fix this, let's open more stores! WTF!!!
It needs to come down tomorrow.
