His first year as president he go the raise that brought him above $500k. His decisions I bring back the "diverse produce" market to differentiate cost us a conservative quarter million within a single period(month) in excess shrink. Yet we the money makers and front line customer service providers lose our jobs.....cut the fat cats and let us do our jobs making the bottom line dollars for a hopeful living wage.

He didn't JUST work up from being a dishwasher. You're obviously part of the global machine. But understand this....those days of being able to work up through the company are long gone. They hired too much management from outside. Management that only looks at the bottom line. Whole Foods is one of the most top heavy corporations I've ever seen. I have friends who work for global who can't even tell you what their day to day job is. They basically sit back and collect.
