Nona should be put on a travel restriction. She is constantly posting and bragging on Facebook about all her travels. She spends wayyyy too much company money flying between Austin, dallas, Houston, New Orleans, etc. for "store visits"

You guys know they all go (multiple times to gain a higher rank) to a team building event called Rapport, it costs $5,000 for the weekend and they also expect STLs and some TLs to go. Steph Steele has gone 4 times. F (king twisted cult BS. They should all be investigated

All they do is make bad decisions--failing stores means we get fired and they get raises. Maybe regional should stop doing team builds and going out drinking on WFM's dime bc we are the ones hurting.
Store visits are simply paid vacations from the permanent vacation all of WFM management has been on for years. Being criticized by people that are completely out of touch with reality and that have no retail sense is one of the main reasons this company has failed. Lead from the top LOL. Keep padding that expense account while hard workers lose their jobs. FFFF U
honestly, f*** WKF. it's barely effective when implemented, always implemented in schools that have money in the first place because WKF does NO outreach to lower-income schools so they even know they can apply for grants. but they can't even eat what's in the school gardens most of the time anyway, from what i've heard. WKF is just for publicity, more "conscious capitalism" bullshit. the store-run prosperity campaigns are bullshit and the customers don't even care... fire the WKF time-wasters! not those of us actually doing real work in the stores and actually working with the communities we're in. i swear, everyone should take the severance and let this company crash into the ground
