This is a classic example of an idea that started great and has become an ugly monster. John M can NOT STAND Christina because he has always known her type. The ends justify the means and anything for a buck. As RP she has bloated our region with stores on top of stores. She then blaming the long-time TMs at existing stores for the sales drop when she opened another new store 5 mins away. Christina does not care about TMs and takes the opportunity to force the cull of anyone who "makes too much." This has been coming for years. The new concept 365 stores? A model for how they want to operate. Our Produce team has already lost the entire chop shop team and they are now modeling a type of central kitchen for their items. It's going to get much worse folks. Mrs Greens here we come!

Your store lost their Produce cut room team? We hadn't heard anything about that in my store yet - only ISF and CDS as well as cutting back Grocery buyers from 4 to 2. I was off today, though and haven't heard any updates. There's so much they're not telling us.
It's been over for years. The buyout is coming.
