We haven't heard anything about this at my store (SO region) but I can't help but assume it will happen to us eventually. Someone please explain to me what it means for gainsharing. Thanks!!

They used to give the pool from terminated/resigned TMs back to the teams, now they put it toward the bottom line.
Gainsharing...They've been "restructuring" every time they reduce our labor budgets. Hell, they've probably been funneling it into an account to pay our severance packages out of.
we used to get $500 a month, now we get nothing since the realignment. Gainsharing is gone folks. Gone.

.25 per hour worked, 4 categories. 2 team categories and 2 store categories. Very hard benchmarks to hit but if you hit all 4 it $1.00 per hours worked. It would amount to $160.00 for full timer at most. More likely to may hit 1 benchmark which amounts to $40.00 fo full timer in 1 period.
