As a tl I can say we don't even know the facts except we have to let people go. We are as in the dark as everyone and upset about it, not as upset as the people losing their job obviously but upset nonetheless. I am ashamed to be leadership right now

STL's are all over this sight right about now.
WFM never provides facts. TMs are constantly in the dark. There is no method of succinct communication. We are lied to, or told nothing.
Good. Hope the STL's are looking at the site. Particularly the ones who kept the bonuses for themselves instead of excercising the option they have to share them with the people who did the work.
The fact is 1500 people are losing their job.The fact is many of those people are long term,dedicated TM's, highly skilled. The fact is that TM's with less tenure, skills and experience will retain their jobs. The fact is that the people responsible for this problem will continue to be running this company. The fact is that the TM's left to work will have to work harder and longer for coporate leadership they don't trust or respect anymore. There is no speculation going on here. That is the definition of the stock market which is the reason we are in this mess.
Well if there were any hard facts anywhere, we wouldn't have to speculate now would we... and if there were "facts" we would have to have some sort of um what do you call it.... TRUST in the leader giving it. I believe that the leaders of this company have shown they don't deserve our trust.
