Folks will still have to reapply where applicable because keeping one person would be favoritism
I am also at 14 years and would love to bounce. Time to jump from the sinking ship! It doesn't seem like they went about this in a good way at all.
My STL Dennis Berryman told me in confidence, that right now they were just getting rid of the problem TMs who were already on a list. Which includes those with high pay. You can volunteer but you'll only be postponing someone else's leaving.
Yes, you can do this - chose your words carefully though.
I have been wondering this too. I would gladly take a severance package while saving someone else's job.
