Please stop reading and replying to these drivel posts. The individual(s) will stop posting in a few days once they see no reaction/reply to their drivel. Only crazy people will talk and bang their heads against a brick wall for for any length of time.

bitter landlord is just a broken spam machine. if he had a clear viewpoint and logic/data, he would only need to post once and be done with it. i wonder what these "serious" real estate blogs would think about his fast food obsession.
