I say F OFF to Joe Rogoff and the rest of you top-heavy regional fs! Take a look at our ridiculously over-paid and out-of-touch regional coordinators! They are so unnecessary!! PFDS and BAKE teams are being combined and TLs are getting the axe. Already 3 gone in my store. I hope more people just decide to walk out. This company doesn't deserve us any more. No wonder all of us TLs were required to attend that STUPID anti-union training a couple of weeks ago.

there will be 1 tl for both teams. looks like pfds tl in our store just got let go. bakery tl said she has been told she will now be a combo tl.
the unification wasn't a waste of labor/time/effort....it was necessary for them to be able to be laying people off right now. Get more products from the perishable teams and into Grocery which lowers the labor cost for the store. Now cut TMs to save even more $$. This has been in the works for a looooonnng time.
So all that unification was just another exercise in wasted Labor, time, effort. Why aren't they ever honest from the start? This would have been easier to take. How does a team function without a TL especially busy teams like bake and pfds?
