That's the rumor I heard. Take it with a grain of salt though, went to lunch with some guys today, rumors are flying left and right, people are scared, that does not help when it comes to security or job security. In short all that I heard this time is that there is a plan to transition everyone into a part time role (if you are below TL) by June 2016. Again, please do not freak out or swear at me as I am just sharing what I heard and it can be 100% false

You're hearing that because it's more like the typical model of a conventional grocery retail outfit. There's store management, a few department heads/full time staff, and an army of PT plebs. Great for saving labor and producing bonuses; awful for employees and customers. Think Wal Mart. I would hope the exec team knows this tact is a race to the bottom, but I don't have much confidence in any of their decision-making at this point.
