So being a TL in the NA region, I've decided to start recording any conversation I have with regional or store leadership. My question is, is this legal and could this be used in legal proceddings?

Check your state laws and your region's GIG book. I think you should refuse to speak without a witness and without the door open, and take notes!! Take notes, record time, date, and location (within your store).

Just let them know you are recording the conversation.
Definitely check state laws. Missouri is a one party (person recording) consent state.
Texas typically applies the law that both parties must be privy to the fact that they are being recorded for it to be applicable in court proceedings.
In our version of the gig book (sw) you cannot record conversations. It can be grounds for corrective action upto immediate termination depending on the situation and context.
Check your state laws. In Mass, for example, it's illegal (like you could get in trouble) to record anyone without both parties permission. Other states only one person (the person taping) needs to give consent.
