Love Fest is a ridiculous 2 month program in which we try to win back customer loyalty with a series of lackluster sales and sad events. We also offered 25 cent coffee for a month and every store is giving away a $500 giftcard each week for 4 weeks. It seemed like a harmless yet stupid idea at first...now it's just offensive.
