How do u know another layoff in Jan??
According to census bureau, ~3.2million people in SD county with ~1.2 million homes. 1-2% will lose job. Probably 65% will find new job and stay in their home. Worst case that leaves 35% of the 2% that can't find work. ~2200 people. Rough math divide by 4 for a family that means 550 homes. That will be roughly 0.0045% of home up for sale. Wow. big discount alright. Yup. Man.
