Was told I had to make a decision on what I want to do today but I havent been told what my pay cut will be or if I will even remain full time. I'm not signing anything until I get straight answers.

Stay strong. Or call a union.
That sounds illegal. Check your state employment laws. Sign nothing until you're satisfied that you understand everything to which you are agreeing.
