If you think your job is safe, you're a fool. Organize or you'll be crying into your apron

i think it would be hilarious and awesome if this were actually to happen. but if you manage to organize enough people to have an impact, you'll be wanting to use your sick days rather than save them, because you'll lose your jobs and then only be able to get a 60% payout on the PTO hours you've accumulated.

If everyone united it would work, however there will be some to affraid to stand. Which will result in those of you who protested without jobs

This is what Whole Foods is counting on. As a former WFM of 11years , who was fired on a drummed up reason, and was not allowed to defend myself. I wish they would get their just dues. I wish you all luck.

The attitude that we are entitled is ridiculous. they have just been piling more and more work and giving less support to all leadership positions. thats why half of the regional team in the NE quit and went to work for Mrs. Green's.

Bye Felicia! Your job will be filled by someone happy to have it. Enjoy your "protest". Unlike those part of these layoffs you won't get a severance offer.

Your jobs would be filled and the gears would keep on going. Walking out will only result in you losing your job, and Walter will still sleep well at night in his bed made of shattered dreams and lost promises.

Your entitlement and lack of dedication is what started this ball rolling. You'll all be fired and it will be for the best. Ps, I haven't worked there in years, but this was long overdue.

We should start a Twitter account ASAP! Maybe a Facebook page too

Start organizing within your own store. we can use social media to organize nationally. twitter perhaps. I am in leadership and I know for a fact there are plenty of people who feel the same way i do. if we all stand together they have no power. they would lose tens of millions of dollars if we walked out that week.

The plans will be set in motion. Save your sick time. Tell your friends.
