They just spent Thousands at my store in Signage when we have a talented artist...... They just spent thousands at my store on needless renovations, painted the walls in the back stock area, Hired useless ASTL's, spent money on parking and updated the 'cafe' Can we put some effort on the people that actually make the day to day operations work? Why are we giving out $500 gift cards to people who won't shop here again because the customer service sucks? Pay the People who actually give a shit a little more to make them want to work harder, because right now.... you get what you pay for.... with a raise freeze mentality you are gong to get what you give... Take all that money you are spending and give it back to the Team Members, we don't ask for much but f painting the back walls, f a t shirt for appreciation week, appreciate me all year long, you f***ing lost it WFM

Sounds about right at that store! Awarding poor performance over the people who break Their ass to make it all work, the morale has been down there for years. The leadership in that store is Horrible, and its going to be a downward spiral if it doesn't change
