I am a CS Sup and my tl just texted me saying the front end is good and no cuts would be made. Anybody from the SP region have any info?

Computer will write the schedule based on the availability you put down when you were hired! NO shift changes, to time off requests more than 3 weeks out. They are doing this so you can plan you're life around around the store so your regional VP can make 500k a year and you go off to your second job
10 sups! jesus! stores with 10 sups for one cs team is a co-leading reason why they have to do this to the rest of us
The "no money making" are suffering the most, marketing, front end GA'S etc.. FE team will be reduce too if they have 6 supervisors they gonna cut it to half or something like that
Our CS team went from 10 sups to 4 here in SO region.
Self checkout is the worst idea for WF. Especially the stores that are bulk heavy. Ive known of guests that go to other stores and ring pine nuts up as cashews etc etc..
We'll have self checkout soon too.
That is what I am afraid of.
As who's gonna write the schedule. That's right, a software program! No team is safe, sadly.
