MW (especially MN) have been far ahead of the curve on this. Every other region has been throwing raises out like it didn't matter and over hiring/creating unnecessary positions all the while having zero accountability. This was bound to happen.all regions have been ranked, MW on top SW on bottom.
The blame for this is top to bottom.
