we dont need an outside union getting involved. all of us are so close its almost like family. organize with your friends in your stores. TLs and ATLs start talking to each other and get your plans in place.

To the person anonymously mocking spelling while people earnestly express their concerns and fear during this trying time, I'm fairly certain that TLs need a solid understanding of store financials, retail trends and how to be a strong leader to succeed. I guess I missed the part about also holding a title in a spelling bee. F*** right off with that.
I really do not feel good about Unions due to history of nutty behaviour - give me an example or two where Unions actually helped anyone
