hello south region here. yesterday was my last day,i took the severance and left! after working my ass off for a long time and getting paid what i deserve,having them tell us supervisors that most of our positions were "unnecessary" was a slap in the face. then telling us if we didnt win the battle for our own job we earned after working hard,we would have to go down to $13!! i could not justify staying there making that amount knowing some of my own tm and other tm that have not been with the company even half as long as me making more than $13!!! so i made the decision for my familys sake and left before things get worse! the feel in the store onfri when we got the news was so intense!! i hate to see this effect so many lives! i wish you all the best!

Cap out for supervisors is def not $29. you must be thinking of Team Leaders
Salary caps are different for every position in every region.
Cap out for a supervisor is around $29 not sure who thinks it's $15.75. I have supervisors paid far more than that.

yes the severance is actually two months pay plus any pto you had left,so its not too bad! thanks for the kind words!
Uh, $13 is a supervisor's wage. You were definitely overpaid.
