I said it before and I will say it again, death by 1000 cuts. EDMC will not go in a spectacular blow out, its going to be a slow beading of the brain trust until transformation into Zombie College is complete.
Jeez, its about time, the Art Institutes on the west coast have been totally off the radar. I think there are more then 6 Ai campuses not counting Argosy. Does Los Angels/Orange County really need 4 different campuses? And who ever though Sacramento, a tiny city only a couple of hours away from San Francisco was a good idea? No one wants to live there and the population is way to small for that kind of thing. Plus no jobs or related industry.
Call it a hunch but I doubt the meeting will be about raises.

165222, Yes, the update it that if you are a lazy, lying, tethered to a desk, inadequate EDMC employee you had better have you half ass there. The really bad news is that they are going to ask you to WORK (you can Google it if it is too confusing). Then in a nice way they are going to tell you that Marky is a nice guy who has a way of decimating companies of their wasteful employees and consolidating the productive properties.
