You cant just ask ur obs to see what others are making. That's ridiculous! U can ask to see the waga ranges based on positions for sure. Grapevine and pbs are ur choice. A TL can look uo their own TMs wages onviously because of scheduling purposes.
Thanks for the info! I know the job code/pay rate starting and cap amounts for my store. I was specifically asking how to navigate to the document where you can literally look at any TM and see how much they made from the previous year, this includes bonuses.
You can also look in the reports hub for average pay rates by team, by store and by region. Although I doubt this remains available much longer.
