WFM TMs need someone to protect them from Global's "vision"! The old culture does not exist anymore. There is no "empowerment" of TMs. company leadership have played their hand for all to see now. $4 million (was it?) spent on the recent ad campaign, what did that do for us? All the money spent on tech upgrades, so what? Do they really think they can run the company from their Smartphones? Wake up fellow TMs!
