Who selected EOI and have been talked to by a manager asking why or what it would it would take tour want to stay? Heard multiple EIO'rs that have been talked to and many that havent. Wondering what it means.

Some people have been notified and know their last day.
Oddly not to tell the individual in advance. The EIO folks have one foot out the door regardless.
Wish they would tell the EIO folks - see no harm we want to go and could start committing to other opportunities.
I heard those talked to are possible keeps and those not are headed out the door (request granted)
It means some they want to stay, and some get paid enough (lots of years of raises behind them) they don't want them to stay.
