How can they let us find out this way. I work in the pn and have been texting people for answers only to get nothing back. This company is f***ed. I hope I am there to watch it burn during the holidays.

You can't hide from it - you may have nothing to worry about. Our store has ~200 TMs - and ~50 are on the list to get severance - the reason being - we are a small but high volume store that has more supervisors and specialists than the new team structures allow- so for example on a team with 3 specialists and one Supervisor that can now only have one specialist and no supervisors- all four people will be offered severance or to be stripped of their title. Say in this example the people are not above the TM wage guideline (in this region it happens to be $20) - no one will lose money or their job. Other options are to find a job on another team. There is a lot of misinformation out there- and a lot of scary stuff on the horizon but the information will be presented.
I feel for you all. I can't imagine knowing this was going down and coming into work pretending like I don't know. What if you all called out? That would be pretty epic. LOL.
