What is the future of Halliburton Finance department after Aquisition of Baker Hughes?

I heard HAL supply chain and BHI Finance are strong.
Christian Garcia is Halliburton Finance future. Christian is Dave Lesar right hand man.
BHI HR, F&A and supply chain groups will be eliminated. very few will survive the merge. However, HR, F&A and supply chain skills and job knowledge can be transfer to other companies not related to Oil and Gas.
