I think some people are getting off by purposely throwing rumors out there. Keep this to what we know not some random speculation. Seems like most of the earlier post were legit and these last couple are trying to scare people.

It's inevitable. I've been on this site since Friday. It was awesome in the beginning, great information sharing, there is a post on how great of a community this site has become for us. But, at some point, trolls will find the site and will pollute it, it's happening right now. Unfortunately, if you want to stay here you'd have to sift through junk an find gems on your own. I see that they administer the site (a few posts with swearing were removed) but it's by no means active or real time, so I guess we who will stay here will just have to suffer. Many people will get turned off by it and leave never to return. That's a pity as this site could have been a great resource for all of us.
I agree that people need to start giving some basis and context for the claims they are making re: changes or rumored changes (at least say what region you're in), but telling people to "calm down" is insulting and betrays your relative privilege. Thousands of people's lives were adversely affected today, in a sudden and major way. The company many of us trusted is not even communicating with us in an open and transparent way about what is happening and what we can expect for the future. Of course people are going to be upset.

I don't see any scare tactics going on. I see a lot of anger, which is understandable.
