I'm a tm and I'm not to fond of unions. And yes I have worked at 2 different union shops. Lazy people had jobs, people were rewarded on time and not merit, you had to stick to your specific job, I hade to pay dues of $40 a paycheck. The list goes on. I still find the first post funny.
