HR gave a seminar about something . . . but in it, they talked about the SARAH affect and what a person goes through during grief. S = SHOCK, A = ANGER, R = RESENTMENT, A = ???, H = ???. Can anyone KINDLY help me out on what it was??? If you recognize these processes, it will help one deal with it better.
