You want to bet there will be NO Morale surveys this year?

Normally, we would have had the morale survey by now. I am sure they are skipping it this year, with the global realignment and now our "restructuring"
They don't really want to know your opinion. They just want to weed out everyone with a "bad attitude", in other words; anyone who actually cares.
They pay an independent company a fortune for these surveys, and then they throw them in the trash. They truly are geniuses at wasting money. Lets fire more people and make everyone part time, that should work.
Oh they'll do them, and then they won't do anything with them, just like every other year.
When did those things ever do any good anyway?
At our store they wouldn't even post the results of our last morale survey.
