Here's the thing - I know it sucks....I get it...seriously, I do. However, as soon as you can, let go of the focus on what you lost and turn your attention to what is coming TOWARDS YOU! It sounds like BULLSHIT, I know it does and I've thought the same thing. But we live in a world of perception and what you focus on determines what reality you experience. Don't believe me? Ok well consider this.....2 people approach a red light in separate cars. They're both driving. One person is super fing upset because they're late for something, who cares what it is...it doesn't matter, and all they can think about is how this red light is so fing inconvenient and painful and causing them horrible issues and all that negative stuff. Meanwhile - the person right next to them is basking in gratitude for the red light. You see....she's a mother and has been frantically running around, doing all sorts of things for other people and never anything for herself. However at this red light she's finally able to take a step back, relax, breathe, notice the birds flying overhead, the squirrels running up the tree, the beautiful day that is here and now. Guess what - both people experienced the EXACT SAME STIMULI - the red light. However both made radically different choices about how to perceive this red light. YOU and no one else are in charge of your future and your life - if you don't like what you're currently experiencing, change your focus and what you perceive will change accordingly. -Peace and happiness

Yep that's how they do it. It's how the ones laid off are chosen. The closer you are to being vested or having booko $$ in your 401K are chosen first. Been there went thru that.
