Well, they need to do a serious review of the "leadership" in the SW region. What has been allowed to fester in this region is mind boggling. Either it is pure neglect or willful blindness on someone's part. Team members in this region are craving true leadership - talented, strategic, uplifting and supportive people at the top who inspire - straight shooters. What you have right now is not even remotely close to that.
