Thread regarding Education Management Corporation layoffs

AIPD saw another wave of layoffs. It's also got an alarming number of faculty that have just left of they're own accord or not been brough back after taking a term off. They have cut a huge chunk of our campus off and released it back to the building. There is word they have not resigned their building lease yet. They cut out % 90 of the tech repair budget. They have cut budgets dramatically all over campus, including the. budget to pay student workers. They have student workers with no superviser that the schedules perform what were once supervisor duties.

Someone convince me... that the ART INSTITUTE OF PORTLAND ISN'T SHUTTING DOWN.
