How long is it taking the rest of you to get your severence pay after signing the papers?

to those still employed.... fight for more than the 1 week/ yr of service severance being offered. The managers being let go are getting 1.5 weeks per every year of service worked. Still tops out at 13 weeks...
Did everyone get there entire severance pay from the papers as a lump sum? We only got a partial amount of it after a week, and have yet to receive the rest after two weeks of signing!
