GOMBU layoffs

Everryone knows that whatever reduction of the workforce won't solve the Company's cash flow problem. The company needs a major overhaul in upper management who led us into this mess, and we don't see any changes in management coming yet. They can let go of all the workforce, but if the strategy still stays the same, nothing will get resolved. The ROOT CAUSE of this problem should be tackled. BU Staffs didn't cause these problems, they just simply follow the direction given by management and leadership philosphy which is killing our future.

Our world use to, and should revolve around the drilling department unrestricted by SCM and whoever else.

Our main and only customer is our own DOWNSTREAM TEAM!! They are the at the point of sale! Most of all, they are the ones that distibute and market CHEVRON products that people trust and buy. Here should be the )Pecking order) Find it; Drill it, Complete it, Refine it ,Transport it, Sell it. Everything else is here to support it !!!
