Corporate indeed, capitalist but not very conscious. You'll wish I was around to help train that buyer you'll overload with work. To be that person that knows all the tips and tricks to get things sold. That someone to be your spokesman in a pinch and represent the company to the community.
I feel most of us here are the people that know our guest's names and they know ours. We were the theater and outside the box creatives that they kinda don't want around anymore.
We covered for you by facing customers head on. Smoothing out jokes about asparagus water and overpriced bullshit. We fought that battle for you, while you scribbled on the dry erase board.
I'm not entirely bitter. I can be grateful for what I've acquired professionally and socially during my time. But I choose to not be right now.
