I turned one in long before leaving the company and was then told it was my responsibility to remind my TL to do it. What a joke. I don't think I'll see that money,
You are entitled to your JD and it should be done immediately. Raise your voice and demand that it be resolved. If you received a severance package it could affect your pay out! Call a lawyer if you have to.
Yeah, there is usually a three to four month wait. They are just so busy, even though they don't even bother to show up to work.
Mine has been turned in for 3 months. Nothing. She keeps saying I will get retro pay. I kinda doubt that right now.
